Connected across the United States.
The Plymouth Brethren Christian Church has developed a network of member-driven organizations that support both the community itself and the broader public.
These entities operate independently and are not owned or controlled by the church.
However, they reflect the shared Plymouth Brethren values of care, service, and practical support.
Rapid Relief Team.
The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) is the most visible of these organizations.
Founded in 2013, RRT operates in 14 countries and is run by more than 16,700 volunteers.
In the United States, RRT has worked alongside first responders in disaster zones, provided food and support to homeless individuals, and partnered with local agencies supporting youth and people with disabilities.
This support includes last year’s Los Angeles wildfires, the devastating flooding in Central Texas, the Baltimore Bridge Collapse, tornadoes in Iowa and Nebraska, and hurricanes from North Carolina to the Caribbean.
OneSchool Global.
OneSchool Global (OSG) is an independent school network established in the 1990s with the support of Brethren families. It now operates more than 120 campuses across 20 countries, teaching around 8,000 students and employing over 1,800 teachers and staff from outside the church community.
OneSchool Global’s pedagogy emphasizes academic achievement alongside strong digital learning environments. Many graduates go on to pursue further study and build careers, often joining or starting family businesses.
The Universal Business Team (UBT).
The Universal Business Team (UBT) provides business advisory, coaching, and training services to businesses owned or operated by members of the church. Like RRT and OSG, it employs people from both within and outside the Plymouth Brethren community.
